Our health care center displays 5-2-1-0 posters in our waiting room and in all of our exam rooms. We focus on healthy behaviors and wellness and not specifically on weight. During well-child check-ups for children 2 years and older, our patients and parents complete a healthy habits survey where they identify an area that they wish to work on. Then we provide handouts that explain how they can make simple changes in their lives to be healthier. Lastly, our providers counsel their patients and families around healthy eating and physical activity.
