5210 Step's Up is proud to partner with the 5210 Let's Go! initiative which promotes healthy lifestyle choices for children, youth and families in 12 Greater Portland communities.
Included in this section, will be  valuable resource materials including tool kits, educational and instructional guides and curricula for schools, including after school programs, health care centers and community-based programs.

Healthcare Settings Tool Kit
5210 Let's Go! has developed a toolkit for healthcare providers to use in their office to address the issues of childhood obesity, which includes materials for both patients and providers.The toolkit is available for download here.

Child Care Settings Tool Kit
The child care environment can play a significant role in the health behaviors of children because it can provide opportunities for physical activity, as well as for healthy eating in a child's formative years. This toolkit seeks to increase healthy eating and physical activity among children in child care settings and is available to download here.

Schools K-5 Settings Tool Kit
This tool kit contains resources that support the 10 strategies of 5-2-1-0 Goes to School. They are easy to use resources that can help busy teachers, school health coordinators, nurses, and parents incorporate 5-2-1-0 into the school day. The toolkit is available for download here.
